Terms of service

By purchasing products or services from Public Metal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pricing and Payment
   All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are based on current market rates and may fluctuate. Payments must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
   
   
2. Late Penalty
   All unpaid items may be charged a 1-1/2% per month late penalty beginning the second month following delivery of shipment, such charge not to exceed the maximum charge permitted by law.
   
   
3. Returns and Refunds 
   There are no returns on cut material. Returns are only accepted for defective materials, subject to inspection. Uncut material may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
   
   
4. Warranty
   All materials provided by Public Metal are sold "as-is."
   
   
5. Delivery
   Delivery times are estimates and subject to availability. Public Metal is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
   
   
6. Liability
   Public Metal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
   
   
7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Niagara Region.
   
   
8. Changes to Terms
   Public Metal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
